Terms of Use

Effective September 28, 2026

By activating or using an Underground account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Community standards

Treat members, instructors, staff, venues, and partners respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, stalking, unwanted contact, unsafe behavior, fraud, impersonation, and misuse of another person's card or Relay Code are prohibited. Respect consent and personal boundaries in every dance and interaction.

Accounts and access cards

Your access card, PIN, and account are personal to you. Do not share your PIN or allow another person to use your identity. Notify JustBaila if a card is lost, stolen, copied, or misused. We may suspend or deactivate access to protect members, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, or discontinue a feature.

Underground features

Missions, Keys, rewards, levels, Signals, milestones, Technique Lab, Workshop, nominations, and other Underground elements are community features, not currency, employment, certification, professional licensing, or proof of dance ability. Keys and rewards have no cash value, are nontransferable unless explicitly stated, and may be corrected when issued in error.

Classifieds and contact sharing

Classifieds are for legitimate dance practice, skill exchange, and dance-community plans—not dating, solicitation, commercial spam, or harassment. You are responsible for what you post and may post only information you have the right to share. Contact information remains private unless its owner deliberately authorizes sharing. JustBaila may review, remove, or preserve reported content and may restrict access for misuse.

Technique feedback

Technique Lab feedback is educational opinion, not a certification, guarantee, medical assessment, or professional credential. Members remain responsible for dancing within their abilities and communicating boundaries.

Physical activity and events

Dance involves physical exertion and ordinary risk of injury. Choose activities appropriate for you, follow venue and instructor directions, stop if you feel unsafe or unwell, and consult a qualified health professional when appropriate. Separate registration, venue, cancellation, or release terms may apply to particular classes or events.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give JustBaila permission to store, display, and use it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the requested service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or private information about another person without permission.

Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or end. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every mission, reward, listing, or hidden experience will remain available. We may correct errors without removing legitimate historical accomplishments.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The site and Underground are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for your interactions and for deciding whether and how to meet another member offline.
